Title: Oh, I Wish I'd Listened to ThemOh, I wish i'd listened to mum and not chewed the toffees and lollies so gleefully. Oh, I wish I'd listened to dad and not flushed away the floss and the paste so thoughtlessly. Oh, I wish I'd listened to grandpa and not used them as openers and cutters so confidently. Oh, I wish I'd listened to Uncle Chan and not have to face the buzz of drillings and filling so frightfully. Oh, I wish I'd listened to Dr Wong and not have to stare at the dentures in the glass beckoning me smilingly.  Good morning, teachers and friends. The topic of my speech today is "Save Our Earth". Do you know that Earth is our only home in this universe? Earth is the only planet which is able to support and sustain life.However, Earth is fast becoming an unhealthy place for all of us to live in. We have polluted the environment and destroyed many of its flora and fauna. We have carelessly cut down trees, killed wildlife and destroyed the homes of many birds, fishes and animals. These flora and fauna are a source of food for man and animals. They can also be used as medicines. The trees are important as they protect the environment. Our irresponsible activities such as open burning, excessive use of harmful chemicals and plastics, and the improper dispocal of rubbish and wastes have caused air, land and water pollutions. This in turn has caused climatic changes. The Earth is getting hotter every years. Dear friends, we can play a part in saving our Earth. We need to use less plastics, dispose rubbish properly, and support recycling of wastes. So let us join hands and make the Earth a better place for ourselves and for our future generations. Thank you. HEALTHY LIFESTYLE.

What is a healthy lifestyle? Having a healthy lifestyle means that you have a healthy mind as well as a healthy body. A healthy lifestyle allows you to enjoy life fully. You can achieve this in three simple steps.
Be happy. Worrying about something can affect your emotional health. Talk to someone you are close to and trust. They could be your parents, your teacher, or your friend. They can help you to see the problem from a different perspective. Very often, after you have talked to someone about it, the problem does not seem so bad after all.
Exercise regularly. Exercise can help relax your mind and body. It stimulates your body to produce a hormone which gives you a relaxed feeling. It also strengthens your heart muscles. Exercise is also good for your body. You lose unwanted fat and you will feel more energetic. There are a lot of events organized for young people nowdays. "Rakan Muda", for example, offers youth a variety of physical activities such as sports and martial arts.
Eat the right food. Having a balanced diet is part of a healthy lifestyle. Avoid junk food or food rich in fat, sugar or salt. Eat more fruit and vegetables. Make sure your body gets the proteins, vitamins and minerals it needs in order to grow and stay healthy.
If you practise these three steps, you will be happy and have a healthy lifestyle.

Hello friends! I just have this opportunity to post something in here because I don't have any internet connection since my oldest sister go back to Kuching but now she already here and I borrow her broadband. Hehehe. As I metion my title FUNNY TRAVEL, it is my oldest sister pencil box but its so nice. I like the design. Here I let you see it :-    The word that written on this pencil box is "If not for today if not for you. I would never have known love at all.
